The Company takes the necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information it collects and to properly manage the information it collects. The User may, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the relevant regulations of the Company, make the following requests or demands to the Company to the extent permitted under the Personal Data Protection Act: 1) a request for notification of the purpose of use of personal information, 2) requests for disclosure of personal information or records provided to third parties, 3) requests for correction, addition or deletion of personal information, 4) requests to stop the use of personal information, 5) requests to stop the provision of personal information to third parties. In making a claim, you must submit your identical proof and make a payment of the fee of 1,500 Yen for one request.
The Company may change the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time in response to the need to comply with changes in the law and business needs. Any changes to these will be posted on the Service.
